The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and attentive to our needs. The room service and housekeeping were prompt and efficient, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. The laundry service was also a great convenience. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, a spacious sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. The air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected.

the hotel was located in a peaceful area with clean and well-lit corridors. the rooms were well maintained and had clean beds and washrooms with frequent water supply and toiletries. the staff was polite and service was prompt. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and we enjoyed the gorgeous city view from our room. we appreciated the amenities such as the fitness center and the swimming pool that added to our comfortable stay.

We did notice a lack of staff at times, which caused some inconvenience.

The hotel provided well-lit corridors with clean rooms and plush clean beds. the clean washrooms, along with adequate hot and cold water, will give you everything you need for your stay in the area. You will have more than enough toiletries to get you through your trip, which is always a plus.

Given the close proximity to the Expo center, the locality wasn't quite ready for such an influx of visitors. Unfortunately, due to under-staffing, the hospitality and professionalism of the available staff - though very cooperative - occasionally suffered.
